Ride Andalucia... RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.USE
OF THE MOTORBIKE THE
RENTER IS IN PARTICULAR FORBIDDEN TO: 2. HANDING OVER AND RETURN OF THE MOTORBIKE The motorbike is handed over with a full tank of petrol, clean, in faultless condition and without any visible outer defects. The renter is obliged to return the motorbike in the same condition, at the agreed place and time with all vehicle documentation, accessories and a full tank of petrol. Should any tools or vehicle documents be missing, each item will be charged for. The hirer company reserves the right to seize the motorbike at the expense of the renter should the renter misuse the motorbike or the contract conditions are not fulfilled. If the motorbike is not returned upon the agreed time, the renter is responsible for damages that the rental company experience as a result due to the untimely return. 3. INSURANCE / CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT All prices are including unlimited kilometers (unless stated otherwise) and third party liability insurance as well as collision insurance with the stated excess amount (850euro.) The excess amount (850euros) for the collision coverage insurance is to be as a deposit for the motorbike and can be paid in cash or by credit (euro/MasterCard. VISA.) The rental cost and deposit are to be paid no later than at the handing over of the motorbike. 4. BOOKING / CANCELLATION When canceling up to 4 weeks prior to departure a 30% cancellation fee of the entire rental price is to be paid. 5. DRIVING LICENCE STIPULATIONS/ MIMIMUM AGE The driver's license regulations of the respective country are valid. The renter must have a valid motorcycle license that has been valid for at least 2 years, and she/he must be at least 25 years old. 6. RENTERS LIABILITY The renter is liable for negligence and destruction (including theft or impoundment) with regard to the motorbike damages (e.g., accident or operating loss, damage as a result of negligent use, and depreciation damages.) that to be above the normal wear and tear resulting from the hire. The renter is particularly responsible for damage caused contrary to point 1 in the contract, as well as for damage caused by a third party. 7. REQUIRMENTS IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE Should
the motorbike be involved in an accident, or the motorbike itself, or
parts of the motorbike be stolen, you must immediately notify Cadiar Motorbike
Hire verbally and in writing as well as the nearest police station. The
written confirmation to Cadiar Motorbikes must include the follow information: 8. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING Protective
clothing and helmets are to be provided by the renter.
